FAQs
Q. When can I get my certificate after completing a course and passing the post test?
A. In seconds! After you submit your post test and the system scores it, you will be notified of the results. If you have passed the post test you will be directed to a button that will, when pressed, provide you instantly with a printable e-certificate. If you prefer, you can request that the certificate be mailed to you.
Q. How do I know that a course on ceuStore.com will be approved by my governing board or agency?
A. ceuStore.com attempts to gain continuing education provider approval with as many agencies and governing boards as it can in order to ensure our users that their efforts will be recognized by their state boards. Ultimately it is the user’s responsibility to know his or her board’s regulations and requirements where continuing education is concerned.
Q. Who creates the courses for ceuStore.com?
A. All courses offered on ceuStore.com originate in one of three areas. The courses are either provided by educational agencies whose work is identified as public domain, by approved and licensed professionals in specific areas of study that have been contracted by ceuStore.com, or by the editors and associate editors of ceuStore.com. Public domain materials can be replicated for professional continuing education purposes without the need for licensing. All courses are edited and approved by the editors at ceuStore.com to ensure that the content is appropriate and applicable.
Q. Can I take the same course again after passing it once?
A. At ceuStore.com, we can’t think of a good or ethical reason that anyone would want or need to take a course more than one time after passing the post test. If you have lost your certificate, contact us and for $2 we will re-submit the certificate you have already earned. We are not aware of any governing boards that allow for the replication of courses for continuing education credits.
Q. Can I use my certificate to satisfy requirements for more than one license or certification?
A. Again, it is the user’s responsibility to know if their governing board allows its licensees to take an approved continuing education course and use it for more than one certification. If for some reason you need additional certificates for your multiple licenses, you may purchase those for $2 per certificate. Contact us via email with your request.
