Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if CEUstore.com advertises being an approved provider for a specific licensing board and that licensing board does not accept the certificate for credit.  Refunds will not be issued if an individual fails to get approval from his or her licensing board prior to taking classes from CEUstore.com.  As stated in our user agreement, "It is the user's responsibility to verify that courses taken at CEUstore.com will be accepted by their licensing board(s)."  CEUstore.com will refund charges resulting from errors related to payment such as overcharges or charges for services not received.  Individuals will be provided a customer service e-mail address in order to contact CEUstore.com for stating concerns and questions related to biling, refunds, and related issues.
